INDOPACOM Commander Admiral John Aquilino had visited India in August last year during which he held extensive talks with the country’s top military officials on enhancing bilateral military cooperation.
Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) spokesperson Arindam Bagchi said on Thursday that Jaishankar will visit the US from April 11 to 12.
The emerging situation in Ukraine is expected to be discussed in the fourth edition of the talks.
“The dialogue will enable both sides to comprehensively review cross-cutting issues on the India-US bilateral agenda related to foreign policy, defense and security, with the aim of providing strategic guidance and vision to further strengthen the relationship,” he said. . Said in a media briefing.
