A study conducted by HP states that Indian employees are unwilling to go back to the office full time as they are preferring the hybrid work model, which has become a necessity in the last two years.

According to the study, employees in the country strongly supported the hybrid work model as they believed that it improved their productivity and gave them a much-needed work-life balance. They also indicated a higher likelihood of staying in their current job if given the hybrid work option.

“The most important thing is to monitor employee satisfaction to increase productivity on a large scale. Based on the survey findings, we are happy to see employees working towards their priorities and supporting organizations through new policies and technological tools,” he said.

Respondents also said that the hybrid model increased their productivity, offering better flexibility to work with. Some 47% of respondents believed that home productivity combined with office visibility gives them a better chance of promotion and gives them more opportunities to showcase their abilities and build relationships with their team members.
