Mahashivratri 2022: Isha Yoga Center is all set to host the biggest festival of the year – Mahashivratri. The night-long festival will begin at 6 pm on March 1 and will continue till 6 am the next morning in the presence of Sadhguru. Isha Mahashivratri will be broadcast online and across all major television networks in English, Tamil, Hindi, Telugu, Kannada, Marathi and various other regional languages.

Mahashivratri is one of the most important festivals of India, celebrating the grace of Adi Guru Shiva, from whom the yoga tradition originated. Beginning with Pancha Bhoota worship at Dhyanalinga, the night-long festival will see the Linga Bhairavi Maha Yatra, Satsang with Sadhguru, midnight meditation and the spectacular Adiyogi Divya Darshanam. Other highlights of the Mahashivratri celebrations will be the spectacular music and dance performances. Renowned artistes from different parts of the country like Papon, Master Saleem, Hansraj Raghuvanshi, Mangli and Sean Roldan will enthrall the audience with their unique and varied music.     Satyavati Rathod, better known as Mangli, is a playback singer, television presenter and actress from Andhra Pradesh. This is his second stint in Isha Mahashivratri, when he mesmerized everyone with his soulful voice last year.
  5. Sean Roldan
    Raghavendra Raja Rao – more popularly known as Sean Roldan – specializes in Carnatic music and songs for the Tamil film industry. He began working on Carnatic songs as a composer, but later ventured into independent Tamil music with his band “Sean Roldan and Friends”.
