India has rejected China’s statements and objectionable categories regarding Home Minister Amit Shah’s visit to Arunachal Pradesh. China has Amit Shah Arunachal’s visit was termed as a violation of sovereignty. China claimed that the visit to the region was a violation of Beijing’s territorial sovereignty. Rejecting this statement of China, India’s Ministry of External Affairs spokesperson Arindam Bagchi said, ‘We completely reject on behalf of the official spokesperson of China. Indian leaders and ministers regularly Arunachal Pradesh travel the state like they do in any other state in India.”

Earlier, Amit Shah had replied to China from Arunachal. He said that no one can question the “territorial integrity of India”. Shah said, “None of us can take even an inch of land.” The Home Minister has launched several schemes in Arunachal’s Kibithu village expressing uncertainty from the Centre. This village is situated on the border of India and China.
