JAC 12th Arts, Commerce Result 2022: Jharkhand Academic Council (JAC) Class 12 results for Arts and Commerce stream students have been declared. The pass percentage in commerce stream was 92.75% and in arts stream was 97.43%. Step 1: Visit the official website of Jharkhand Academic Council (JAC).
Step 2: Click on the link for Jharkhand Board Class 12 Arts and Commerce Exam Result 2022.

In case the website does not work or is down, students can check their scores through SMS. To do so, they have to follow these steps-
Step 1: Type JHA12 and your roll number
Step 2: Save it as 5676750 or 56263. send over
Step 3: You will get the response in the form of an SMS reply

Step 1: Visit the Digilocker website- digilocker.gov.in. You can also download Digilocker app on your smartphone.
Step 2: Then, in the top left corner of the webpage, click on Sign Up.
Step 3: Enter your Aadhaar card name, date of birth, category, valid mobile phone number, email address, Aadhaar number and six-digit security PIN.

JAC 12th Result 2022: Passing Marks
To pass the Jharkhand Board’s 12th examination in Arts and Commerce stream, students will have to score at least 33 per cent marks in aggregate and in each subject. Those who fail to secure the minimum passing marks in one or two subjects will get an additional chance – they will get an opportunity to appear in the supplementary examination. Those who fail in the supplementary examination will have to repeat the year.

Jharkhand Board 12th Result 2022: What does the marksheet look like

Jharkhand Board has already declared 12th Science result 2022 as well as class 10th result on 21st June. Jharkhand Board had earlier informed that more students had registered for class 12 arts and commerce stream board exams due to which they had to postpone the declaration of result. While over 2 lakh students applied for the arts exam, around 30,000 took the exam in the commerce stream. For Class 12 Science students, it was one of the best results with 92.19% students passing the exam. This was a jump from 2021 when 86.89% students passed. In 2020, only 58.99% passed and in 2019, it was 57%.

JAC 12th Result 2022: What happened last year?
Last year, JAC did not conduct the board exams due to coronavirus. A committee was constituted to fix the internal assessment criteria for this year. Class 12 students were marked on the basis of their performance in class 11. The board used the OMR sheet of class 11 to give 80% theory marks and 20% practical marks. The students who opted for the subjects which did not include practical were marked on the internal assessment criteria.
JAC 12th Result 2022: Passing Percentage by Years
In the last few years, the Jharkhand Board has seen an increase in the pass percentage. A total of 79,97% students passed in Jharkhand 12th examination in 2019 and the pass percentage increased to 89.31% in 2020 and 90.33% in 2021. Last year, over 2.09 lakh students took the JAC 12th exam in Arts stream, out of which 90.71% students passed. Whereas in 2021 for commerce, 90.33 percent students passed. Out of 33,677 students who appeared for JAC 12th examination in commerce stream, 30442 passed.
