New Delhi: Congress leader and Rajya Sabha MP Jairam Ramesh on Thursday wrote to Vice President M. Venkaiah Naidu expressing his opposition to the appointment of former BJP MP Tarun Vijay as the chairman of the National Memorial Authority (NMA), two years after his appointment.
