“We’re looking at how we can mutually identify EIDs starting with collaboration so that we can increase interoperability,” he said.

He also said that at the G7 Digital Ministers’ meeting, which was attended by India’s Telecom and IT Minister Ashwini Vaishnav last week, the G7 has agreed to set up a new international framework that includes a permanent secretariat on cross-border data flows. Is. “We are expecting the Indian government to join this international framework,” he said.

Responding to the minister’s statement, Vaishnav said that the country’s Digital India vision has been appreciated by many global forums.

“Almost every global forum, be it G20, SCO or G7, where we are presenting PM Modi’s Digital India vision, there is very good traction. People understand how Modi ji has democratized digital technology. I thank the Japanese Digital Minister for accepting his deep and comprehensive vision of Digital India,” Vaishnav said.
