The number of attempts allowed for a student was increased from one to two in 2019 and four from 2021, and some of the results show how taking multiple shots in a high-pressure exam has benefited candidates immensely. The best of four attempts were considered as the candidate’s final score in 2021.

Earlier, JEE (Main) 2022 April session exam was to be held from April 16 to 21, 2022.
