JEE Main 2022: Toppers code to crack engineering entrance in 30 days

With a little over 30 days to go for the engineering entrance exam – JEE Main 2022 – serious aspirants will ideally have completed the syllabus and are looking at strategies to give them an edge in the exam by now. Essentially, it is speed and accuracy that is the key to crack the Joint Entrance Examination; However, achieving these requires practice and participation.

But achieving these is a tough task, however, a select few manage to achieve them every year. Here is a strict routine every engineering aspirant must follow in the remaining 30 days to advance in the competition. These are some codes of toppers which if followed religiously can help the students to get a better rank

brush weak subject

Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics all three subjects are equally important. So, divide these important remaining weeks into three topics. Prepare chapter-wise and topic-wise revision schedule of your weak subjects.

Make short notes and list all the formulas, and points to remember. It will help in quick revision before the exam.

Topper Tip: Toppers learn from their weak areas and practice on time to improve in every possible way. To become a topper, it is necessary to have the right attitude and acute focus.

reduce study resources

The right approach for first time or second time attendees is to stick to one source and not to mention the plethora of books and study material available in the market. To reap the benefits, students must remain focused during the preparation period with a positive attitude to study with utmost concentration.

This phase should be used more for problem-solving, developing shortcuts and remembering formulas, understanding your strengths and weaknesses.

Over the past two to three weeks it’s only been brushing through notes and marking significant problems with Twist. It is recommended to take mock tests on the actual pattern at this time to set the biological clock.

Topper Tip: Toppers divide their preparation time accordingly. They stick to the same system of preparation and believe in themselves. Thus, they gradually build up their confidence level and are ready to tackle any tough question.

Exam Attempt Strategy

Try easy questions first while writing. Choose sections that have low risk and high return. Go through the entire question paper carefully in the first 5 minutes. Keep checking on time while solving the paper. Try to take the test in two rounds so that you can come back to questions that you did not get in the first round. The strategy should not be to score any negative marks.

One can develop speed by solving quiz/mock tests of JEE Main level problems along with time management. Students must make sure to solve all the previous year papers keeping their concepts clear.

Take mock-test series preferably in CBT (Computer Based Test) mode to build a winning exam flair. Try to take them at the same time according to your schedule. If you have to appear in morning session then you have to give mock test in same time and if after session then take mock test in afternoon. Keep an eye on your mistakes and try to overcome them in every exam.

Topper Mentality: One can develop speed by solving quiz/mock tests of JEE Main level problems along with time management.

use boards for jee

Those students who will be appearing for their board exams between two sessions of JEE Main will have to synchronize their JEE preparation with the board especially in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. While studying the chapters carry numerical marks up to JEE Main level. Also, make use of the gap between board exams to take mock tests.

Topper Tip: Remember that it is the quality of the time spent and not just the quantity. Also practice meditation to develop inner peace, calmness, confidence and the power of concentration.
