Mehbooba Mufti, the former chief minister of the then Jammu and Kashmir state, courted controversy once again on Saturday as she protested the killing of a 19-year-old who was declared a hybrid terrorist by the police. But, the day after his arrest, the police claimed that Imran was shot by another terrorist during an operation.
