Johnny Depp-Amber Heard trial is the latest theme of Amul doodle, take a look

The much-hyped legal battle between actors Johnny Depp and Amber Heard has garnered a lot of attention around the world. Amidst all the uproar, Amul recently posted an advertisement, taking a dig at the ongoing defamation lawsuit between the two. The dairy brand posted an occasional ad that featured Heard and Depp inside a courtroom. As a part of the advertisement, Amul wrote, “Seen and heard too much”, followed by the line, “Amul, deep your knife in.” “Amul Topical: High Profile and Highly Publicized Legal Battle!” Read the caption. Take a look:

Since being uploaded, the image has managed to garner over 4K likes. One person wrote in the comment section, “Amul is the ‘family cow’ of the marketing world, no need to give anything.” Another person wrote, “

Everyone who grew up in India has loved Amul from the time we left mom (LOL). It’s not just about the taste, it was catchy and fun commercials and tunes, but most of the ads you see these days are cringe and uninspired. Amul’s songs and melodies were not on that level when we were young. For example: “Tastes so good for an Amul ice cream!” Another person wrote.

While both have found support online, their Instagram following gives a clear picture of who has strong support. Reportedly, Johnny Depp’s official Instagram account has seen a huge jump in followers since the lawsuit against Heard. Johnny joined Instagram in April 2020 and soon thereafter he managed to garner over 1 million followers, as reported by The Statesman.

When Johnny’s defamation case against Sun Newspaper began in 2020, his followers were around 5.8 million. That figure soon rose to 10 million on the media-sharing site by April 2021. Then on April 11, 2022, the defamation case against Amber started and ugly things started coming to the fore between the two.

The current lawsuit began when Johnny filed a $50 million defamation suit against Amber. It was on top of an op-ed that Amber wrote in The Washington Post. The actress claimed in the article that she was a domestic abuse survivor. Although Amber did not mention Johnny in the piece she wrote, Johnny’s lawyers argued that it still clearly defames the actor.
