‘Just walking won’t bring change’ – Javed Halt tells NDTV on Bharat Jodo Yatra

Bollywood’s famous poet and dialogue writer Javed spoke to NDTV. During this, the author also gave his opinion on the ongoing boycott of films these days. Javed said that nowadays it has become a trend to boycott films. Talking about the film’s boycott, Javed Margin said, “The film’s boycott is on. We have a film certification organization, this government that looks at the film. It says it’s wrong, remove it. This organization We call it the Censor Board. The government should look after its own institution so much. People outside decide which films should be given and which are not, so what is the need for certification?”.

In this interview, Javed also talked about his above mentioned book ‘Jadunama’. This book is written by Arvind Mandloi. Talking about this book, Javed said, “People still call me ‘Jaadu’. I saw it 15 days ago. I was surprised to see. Things are very old in this. Many pictures look good for the first time in this book. Worked a lot on the book.
