Kailash Vijayvargiya alleges ‘coalition’ between anti-social elements, police and politicians in Bengal

Senior Bharatiya Janata Party leader Kailash Vijayvargiya alleged here on Saturday that there was a nexus of anti-social elements, police and politicians.

Vijayvargiya, who arrived in the city on Saturday soon after getting relief from the Supreme Court on allegations of sexual abuse, launched a scathing attack on the Mamata Banerjee government of West Bengal.

“The collusion of anti-social elements, police and the government is ensuring that everyone who raises their voice against the state government is suffocated. You need a torch to find democracy in West Bengal these days,” the Indore politician alleged, adding that it is clear that human rights violations are taking place in the state.

Vijayvargiya said that the local people in West Bengal are so apprehensive that they are unable to express their fear and pain.

With regard to going into election mode and the upcoming assembly elections in Uttar Pradesh, Vijayvargiya said that the party will explore his responsibilities for the future.

As far as the Uttar Pradesh elections are concerned, everyone is talking about Modi and Yogi, which is a sign that the BJP’s victory in the state was certain, Vijayvargiya confirmed.

The senior leader on the occasion asked about inflation, calling it a global phenomenon in the post-Covid-19 scenario. Still, the country has managed to achieve a high growth rate, he said, thanks to PM Narendra Modi.

Taking a dig at Congress general secretary Priyanka Gandhi’s visit to Pitambara Shaktipeeth in Datia in MP on Friday, the leader said that Congress counts the temple only when elections are held. But the people like the work of BJP, so Congress party has no chance of elections in Uttar Pradesh.
