To make this dish, first put peanuts and curry leaves in a pan. When it starts crackling, add finely chopped onion and mix it. Then add spices like salt, pepper and red chili powder and mix again. Now add chopped potatoes and cook till they become soft. Once done, add the washed poha. Mix again. Add a little lemon juice on top and cook on medium to low flame. When it is cooked, take it out in a bowl and put sev and kanda on top. Enjoy it with a cup of tea!
