Kangana Ranaut has sent a message to her ‘Bollywood friends’. Recently, the actress took to her Instagram stories and shared a meme which read, ‘This year I hurt anyone, you deserve it.’ However, Kangana added her own twist to it and captioned it, “Now that the year is coming to an end I want to confess something like myself. Bollywood friend.”
Interestingly, this came a day after Kangana attended Ekta Kapoor’s Diwali party, which was also attended by Karan Johar. The two have always been face to face. Last month, Kangana took a dig at KJo when he questioned the box office collections of his production Brahmastra and even expressed her desire to interview Karan. She also claimed that the makers of Brahmastra are not declaring the net box office collection but only the gross.
“I want to interview Karan Johar and understand why he is announcing the gross collection of Brahmastra and not the pure collection? What is desperation? Also after making ₹60 crores (the net collection they declared, I don’t believe in this number but do believe in the net amount) India 60 crores for two days according to him). Even if we believe them, how the ₹650 crore film became a hit already,” she wrote.
Kangana also called Karan a ‘movie mafia’ and asked him to explain the math behind the Brahmastra box office numbers. “Karan Johar ji please enlighten us, as I am afraid there are different laws of nature for film mafia and different for mortals like us. So different maths for privileged people like you and different maths for the underprivileged like us…Please let us shed light on this,” she said.

on the work front, Kangana Ranaut Rajneesh was last seen in Ghai’s Dhaakad. The actress is currently busy filming for her next directorial venture titled Emergency, where she will be playing the role of former Indian Prime Minister – Indira Gandhi. The film also stars Anupam Kher, Shreyas Talpade, Mahima Choudhary, Vishak Nair, Milind Soman and Satish Kaushik in pivotal roles.
