Senior leader and member of Group of 23, Kapil Sibal, who wants organizational reforms in the party, has said that it is ironic that Congress does not need the services of Ghulam Nabi Azad when the country recognizes his contribution. This comes after senior Congress leader Ghulam Nabi Azad was selected for this year’s Padma awards.
