MANGALURU: Schools and colleges will remain closed in Udupi And Dakshina Kannada on Tuesday, as the High Court is expected to deliver its verdict Hijab Line.
DK Deputy Commissioner KV Rajendra said, “We are declaring a holiday in all schools and colleges. The external examinations will be conducted as per the schedule. Internal examinations of all schools and colleges will be postponed. Prohibitory orders will be enforced. Anganwadis will also remain closed. However, the examination of Assistant Professor is conducted by Karnataka The examination will be conducted as per the authority schedule,” he said.
Udupi DC Kurma Rao said a similar order would be applicable in Udupi district as well.
