Kartik Aaryan Digs Into Choco Lava Cake, Admits He Has “Sweet Tooth Weakness”

Kartik Aaryan has “sweet tooth weakness”. How do we know, you ask? Karthik himself has admitted this on social media. The actor, who recently wrapped up a hectic month-long schedule for Satyaprem Ki Katha, indulged in a delicious dessert platter. Wonder what it could be? It is a spongy chocolate lava cake topped with vanilla ice cream. Satyaprem Ki Katha writer Karan Sharma shared a picture of Kartik Aaryan digging into the sweets. Karan captioned the post, “Sattu gets this cake and eats it too.” Re-sharing the post on his Instagram Stories, Kartik admitted that he has a “sweet tooth weakness”.

Chocolate Lava Cake

material:

– dark chocolate – 135 grams

– Butter – 95 grams

– Icing sugar – 100 grams

Egg yolk + Whole eggs – 2 each

– Flour – 35 grams

method:

Step 1: First of all preheat the oven to 200 degree.

Step 2. In a bowl, melt the chocolate and butter in the microwave. (You can also melt using the double boiler method.)

Step 3. Take another bowl and beat the sugar and eggs well in it.

Step 4. Now, mix the chocolate-butter mixture with sugar and eggs.

Step 5. Fold in the dough.

Step 6. Sieve the mixture carefully to remove any lumps.

Step 7. Keep the mixture in the fridge for 5-7 minutes.

Step 8. Now pour the batter into the greased ramekins

Step 9. Set a timer of 9-10 minutes to bake the lava cake.

Step 10. Serve the Chocolate Lava Cake with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream or even fresh fruit.
