KEC International bags new orders worth ₹2,402 crore

New Delhi: Global infrastructure engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) major KEC International on Saturday said it has received fresh orders. 2,402 crore in its various businesses.

The Transmission and Distribution (T&D) business of the RPG Group company has secured orders for T&D projects in the Middle East and the US.

The order includes 380 kV transmission lines in Saudi Arabia; Supply of towers in Middle East, secured by our subsidiary in UAE; Towers, hardware and pillars supplied in the US, secured by our subsidiary, SAE Towers.

Its railway business has also won orders in the traditional and technologically capable sectors in India.

Civil Business has secured orders for infrastructure work in the water pipeline and data center segment in India.

The company further said that the cable business has bagged orders for various types of cables in India and abroad.

Vimal Kejriwal, MD & CEO, KEC International said, “We are delighted with the continued order flow across businesses. With the above orders, our order flow for the current year is around Rs. 10,500 crores, a strong growth of about 40% over the previous year.

“Our international T&D order book has grown significantly over the past few months, especially in the Middle East region. Prestigious orders in the Water Pipeline and Data Center segment have expanded our presence in these growing regions. Our railway business has increased its order The book has been consolidated with orders in both traditional and emerging/new segments. These orders will contribute significantly to our targeted growth going forward.”

KEC International has a presence in power transmission and distribution, railways, civil, urban infrastructure, solar, smart infrastructure, oil and gas pipelines and cables. The company is currently executing infrastructure projects in over 30 countries and has a presence in over 110 countries.
