Vadodara: One of the two accused Khambati The case of communal riots hidden in the city for the past few days was finally caught by the Crime Branch (PCB) prevention officials on Friday. both were identified as Javed Hussain Maleki and a minor boy, both residents of joywere conducted from the Fatehpura area of the city.
Both the accused were handed over to the Anand police. during the riots Ram Navami Six policemen were injured in the procession and one resident was killed. Police on Wednesday said that the Ram Navami violence was a “pre-planned conspiracy” hatched by a “sleeper module” to gain dominance of the minority community in the city.
The police had arrested 11 people for their alleged involvement in the conspiracy, which it said was a plan to attack the procession.
