Voting has begun on 224 seats for the Karnataka Assembly elections. Kichha Sudeep has actively campaigned for the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) across the state. The actor returned to Bengaluru on Monday after the last day of the campaign. Ahead of election day, the actor penned a poem to express his gratitude towards his fans. The actor held rallies and roadshows in various constituencies in support of the BJP candidates and received an overwhelming response from his fans and people of the respective regions.
In a poem written by Sudeep in Kannada, he expressed his appreciation for those who showered him with their love and care during the election campaign. The actor also thanked the media personnel who covered him extensively. He ends the poem by saying “love you all”.

The actor cast his vote along with his family in Bengaluru. During a conversation with the media outside the polling booth, Sudeep said that being an Indian, he has gone there and has a responsibility. “Issues are personal and one should keep in mind his issues and vote accordingly,” he said. Kiccha Sudeep, who was campaigning last month, had made it clear in March that he was not joining politics but would support the ruling party in the state as he has close ties with Chief Minister Basavaraj S Bommai.
