Kiya.ai Launches India’s First Banking Metaverse Kiyaverse

New Delhi: Kiya.ai, a digital solutions provider serving financial institutions and governments globally, on Thursday announced the launch of India’s first banking metaverse – Kiyaverse.

Through Kiyaverse, Kiya.ai seeks to enable consumers to transact, access banking information and avail various banking products.

In the first phase, banks will be allowed to roll-out their own metaverses for customers, partners and employees through service offerings that include relationship managers, peer avatars and robo-advisors. Kiyaverse plans to support CBDCs by holding tokens in the form of NFTs and enabling open finance in a Web3.0 environment.

“Kiaverse will interface its Open API connectors with aggregators and gateways to enable Super-Apps and Marketplaces on the Metaverse. With the introduction of the Haptics enabled headset, Kiaverse will use the Internet of Sense,” the company said in its statement. It will provide a closer exposure to the real world.

“While digital banking is functionally interdependent and inclusive, it is often viewed as emotionally isolating. The metaverse allows banks to use state-of-the-art technology with a human touch that significantly deepens and deepens customer interactions. Will personalize. Kiaverse provides meaningful applications in the metaverse that are applicable to relevant business use cases in the real world. It enables banks to harness the potential of advanced UX for data visualization and simplification of processes and procedures to bring about the best results. Kiyaverse provides cross-functional multi-experience using personalized avatars in real world, mixed reality and virtual reality environments,” said Rajesh Mirjankar, MD & CEO, Kiya.ai.

Customers will be able to use their personal avatar on digital banking units, mobiles, laptops, VR headsets and mixed reality environments. The platform will bring together real and virtual world banking services, avatar creation and customization of a relationship manager, AI-based digital customer interaction, interact with portfolio analysis, wealth management, co-lending and corporate banking. “Kiyaverse provides 3-dimensional analysis of data for banks including CMO insights, product performance, risk analysis and channel analytics,” Kiyaverse said in its statement.

“Our product roadmap includes integration with CBDCs and interoperability with other metaverses to enable open finance in the metaverse,” Mirjankar said.
