Know your candidates: Firozabad assembly seat candidates in 2022 elections

The Firozabad assembly seat will be included in the 59 constituencies where polling will be held in the third phase of the 2022 Uttar Pradesh elections on February 20. Firozabad assembly election result will be declared on March 10.

The BJP has fielded sitting MLA Manish Asija from the Firozabad constituency, while the SP-RLD alliance has fielded Saifur Rahman alias Chuttan Bhai from the east. Sandeep Tiwari is the Congress candidate and Shazia Hasan is the BSP candidate. Neetu Singh Sisodia is contesting on AAP ticket and AIMIM has given ticket to Bablu Singh Rathore.

Manish Asija, Bharatiya Janata Party

Sitting BJP MLA Manish Asija has declared business as a profession in his election affidavit and has no criminal case against him. The 57-year-old holds a bachelor’s degree and owns assets worth Rs 9.5 crore with liabilities of Rs 99.3 lakh. His movable assets are Rs 4.8 crore and immovable assets are Rs 4.6 crore. Asija’s own income is Rs 16.6 lakh and total income is Rs 23.4 lakh.

Saifur Rahman alias Chuttan Bhai, Samajwadi Party

SP candidate Saifur Rahman has declared 10 criminal cases against him and has mentioned business as a profession in his affidavit. The 52-year-old, is a Class 12 pass out and owns assets worth Rs 1.6 crore. He has declared a liability of Rs 4.6 lakh. Saifur Rahman has movable assets of Rs 18.8 lakh and immovable assets of Rs 1.4 crore. His own income is Rs 4.6 lakh and total income is Rs 18.9 lakh.

Sandeep Tiwari, Indian National Congress

Congress candidate Sandeep Tiwari has stated profession in his affidavit and has not declared any criminal case. The 45-year-old is a post graduate and has assets worth Rs 1.2 crore with zero liabilities. His movable assets are Rs 75.4 lakhs and immovable assets are Rs 45 lakhs. Tiwari’s own income is Rs 4.6 lakh and total income is Rs 8.1 lakh.

Shazia Hassan, Bahujan Samaj Party

BSP candidate Shazia Hasan is engaged in social work in Maharaja Agrasen Girls School and works on non-salary basis. The 42-year-old has no criminal case against him and holds a master’s degree. Hassan has total assets of Rs 1 crore and has no liabilities. His movable assets are Rs 8.9 lakh and immovable assets are Rs 91.7 lakh. Hassan has declared his own income as Rs 4.8 lakh and total income Rs 12.2 lakh.

Neetu Singh Sisodia, Aam Aadmi Party

AAP’s Neetu Singh Sisodia works as a bangle and has no criminal case against her. The 40-year-old is literate and owns assets worth Rs 1.1 crore. He has declared a liability of Rs 4.6 lakh. Sisodia has movable assets of Rs 32.7 lakh and immovable assets of Rs 80 lakh. His own income is Rs 3.8 lakh and total income is Rs 8 lakh.

Bablu Singh Rathore alias Goldy, All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen

Bablu Singh Rathore is a lawyer by profession and has not declared any criminal case. The 39-year-old has assets worth Rs 29.4 lakh and no liabilities. His movable assets are Rs 9.4 lakh and immovable assets are Rs 20 lakh. Rathore’s own income is Rs.4.8 lakh.

Balveer Singh Shankhwar, Fundamental Rights Party

Balveer Singh Shankhwar is a lawyer clerk by profession and does not have any criminal case against him. The 47-year-old, a Class 10 pass out, has assets worth Rs 10.1 lakh, of which Rs 7 lakh is immovable. Shankhwar has not declared any liabilities or immovable assets.

Jaipal, Indian Subhash Sena

jaipal is A mason by profession has not declared any criminal case in his UP election affidavit. The 36-year-old is a Class 5 pass and owns Rs 11.9 lakh, of which Rs 10 lakh is immovable. Jayapal has not declared any liability or self-income.

Mool Chandra, Bharatiya Shakti Chetna Party

Mool Chandra is a 59-year-old milk vendor and has no criminal case against him. Class 8 pass has assets worth Rs 49.3 lakh and has no liabilities. His movable assets are worth Rs 4.3 lakh and immovable assets are worth Rs 45 lakh. Chandra has no self-income.

Ramdas Manav, Independent

Ramdas Manav has declared nine criminal cases against him and mentioned labor as a profession in his UP election affidavit. The 52-year-old is literate and owns a property worth Rs 11.5 lakh. His movable assets are Rs 3.5 lakh and immovable assets are Rs 8 lakh. Manav has not declared any liability or income himself.

Basim, Independent

Basim, in his affidavit, has declared labor as his profession and there is no criminal case against him. The 29-year-old is a Class 5 pass out and owns movable assets worth Rs 61,000. He has not declared any liabilities, immovable assets or income himself.
