Indian spinner Kuldeep Yadav will lead the Uttar Pradesh team in the Ranji Trophy. Karan Sharma has been named as the vice-captain of the team which includes Shivam Mavi and Priyam Garg. “The senior selection committee of our association has selected the following cricketers from our state to represent the UP team for the Ranji Trophy,” the Uttar Pradesh Cricket Association (UPCA) said in a statement.
Bhuvneshwar Kumar and Saurabh Kumar may also be included in the squad if available for the tournament.

The Ranji Trophy will begin on January 13 and the final of the tournament will be played on March 17.
