Kyway unveils new 250cc cruiser and two 300cc scooters: India launch next week – Times of India

Keyway K-Lite 250V Cruiser Motorcycle
With a 20-litre fuel tank, the Keeway K-Light 250V cruiser motorcycle gets a circular headlamp, contoured seat, swingarm-mounted mudguard and dual exhaust pipes. According to Keyway, this is the first 250cc cruiser motorcycle to feature a belt drive system and a V-twin engine.

The cruiser motorcycle is powered by a 249cc air-cooled four-valve V-twin engine that produces 18.7 hp of power and 19 Nm of torque. It uses a belt drive system to send power to the rear wheel via a five-speed gearbox.
Talking about the features, the K-Light 250 gets alloy R16 alloy wheels, LED headlamps and tail-lamps, front and rear disc brakes with dual-channel ABS and more. It will be available in three paint schemes – Matte Blue, Matte Dark Gray and Matte Black.
Kieve Vieste 300 Maxi-Scooter
The Vieste 300 maxi-scooter maxi-scooter gets headlamps with 4 LED projectors, tinted windscreen, LED tail-lamps, keyless start/stop option and more. It uses a 278.2cc single-cylinder liquid-cooled four-valve engine that produces 18.7 hp@6,500 rpm and 22 Nm@6,000 rpm.

Suspension duties are handled by telescopic forks at the front and hydraulic shocks at the rear. Apart from this, the Vieste 300 gets front and rear disc brakes along with 13-inch alloy wheels, dual-channel ABS and 12-litre fuel tank.
The Vieste 300 will be available in three color options – Matte Black, Matte White and Matte Blue.
Keyway Sixties 300i Scooter
As the name suggests, the Keyway Sixties 300i is a 60s inspired scooter. Retro styling elements like front apron grille, hexagonal headlamps, split seats and ‘Sixties’ badging.
In terms of engine, the scooter is powered by a 278.2cc single-cylinder engine, same as the Vieste 300. It has a smaller 10-liter fuel tank and 12-inch wheels than the Vieste 300.

Some of the highlights of the Sixties 300i include front and rear disc brakes with LED lighting, a multi-function ignition switch and dual-channel ABS. The color options include Matte White, Matte Gray and Matte Light Blue.
Kiway plans to launch eight models in the Indian market this year. According to media reports, after the launch of the above models, the brand will introduce another cruiser, a street naked, race replica motorcycle and two retro-style street motorcycles in the Indian market.
