Land Rover Defender 30th Anniversary Edition Revealed for North America

The New Defender 110 30th Anniversary Edition is limited to just 500 units and gets cosmetic changes that pay homage to the 1993 Defender First Edition.

Land Rover North America has revealed a limited-run special edition of the Defender to celebrate the SUV’s 30-year anniversary. Based on the Defender 110 P300 S, the new 30th Anniversary Edition pays homage to the 1993 model year Defender 110 First Edition and is limited to only 500 units for the North American market. Each special edition packs in additional equipment from the Defender’s accessories list and is finished with white-finish steel wheels in fizzy white – just like the first 1993 edition.

Starting with the cosmetic updates, the Anniversary Edition model gets front bumper protectors, plastic wheel arch extensions, side steps, roof rack and folding step-ladders. Each unit also wears the heritage-inspired Land Rover badge on the tailgate which also bears the production number of the unit.

Inside, it gets all the features of the Defender 110S as well as parts of an accessories bin like rubber floor mats. The seats are decorated with ebony grain leather. The Anniversary Edition also gets additional kit as standard on the Defender 110S such as premium LED headlights with LED DRLs, fog lamps, air suspension, three-zone climate control and off-road pack (an electronic active differential and off-road pack). road tyres).
