Hundreds of resident doctors in Delhi threatened complete closure of medical services on Monday, alleging police brutality over their protest against the delay in college allotment after the NEET post-graduate examination.

The Federation of Resident Doctors’ Associations (FORDA), which has been protesting for a month now, said its 4,000 members were “detained” at the Sarojini Nagar police station while marching towards the health ministry’s offices.
