Giving an update on the health of legendary singer Lata Mangeshkar, her team has issued a statement urging fans not to believe any false news about the megastar as she continues to be treated in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU). .
It has been over a week since the Bharat Ratna recipient was admitted to Mumbai’s Breach Candy Hospital after suffering from COVID-19 and pneumonia.
Since then many false rumors have been circulating on the internet regarding the health of the iconic singer.
Appealing to her fans not to believe such reports, her management team on Friday released a statement which read, “An honest appeal. Please don’t let any false news air, Lata didi under treatment.” Are in ICU. Treated by Dr Pratate Samdani and his team of doctors. Family and doctors need their place.”
He also asked the fans of Mangeshkar to pray for his speedy recovery.
