According to NSE data, bids were received for 5,72,18,82,528 shares, while 1,75,25,703 shares were offered for the Rs 600 crore IPO.
The non-institutional investors category was largely subscribed 850.66 times, while the Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) segment was subscribed 145.48 times and Retail Individual Investors (RIIs) 119.44 times.
IPOs up to Rs 600 crore include fresh issue of up to Rs 474 crore and offers for sale up to Rs 126 crore. The price range for the offer was fixed at Rs 190-197 per share. Latent View Analytics raises Rs 267 cr from anchor investors.

Latent View Analytics’ gray market premium is very strong, indicating bumper listing gains in the first place. Shares of Latent View Analytics are trading at a premium of over Rs 330, which is 150 per cent higher than the issue price.
The proceeds from the new issue will be used to finance inorganic growth initiatives, working capital requirements of the subsidiary Latent View Analytics Corporation and to invest in the subsidiaries to increase their capital base for future growth and general corporate purposes.
The company provides services ranging from data and analytics consulting to business analytics and insights, advanced predictive analytics, data engineering and digital solutions.
