Fortis Healthcare said a US-based entity has filed suit against it and IHH Healthcare Berhad, among others, for alleged “copyright infringement and gross interference with contracts”, seeking damages of more than $6.5 billion Is. Emcore Envesecure has filed suit against 28 named and 21 non-party defendants, including Fortis Healthcare Ltd, it said in a filing.
