From an experience perspective, recruiters expect maximum hiring for the experience band of 3-5 years (67%), followed by 1-3 years (53%), and 5-8 years (53%), according to the study. .

Also, most attrition is expected from employees in the experience category of 3-5 years (51%), followed by 1-3 years (45%).
