Level up your house parties thanks to delicious food from your favorite hotels

Ever since the pandemic ended, house parties have become really popular and that too by choice. Now we do not have trouble keeping our family and loved ones in our homes. The idea is to have a comfortable and spacious setting without worrying about time or cost. Apart from this, people are now customizing everything from decorations to food and drinks at their home parties. Typically, in Indian households, the idea would be to prepare food from scratch at home. But doesn’t it become a cumbersome task to cook for so many people? Home chefs are now in for a treat as hotels are serving five-star delicious food at home, providing the same gastronomic experience at your favorite restaurant.

Whether it is a party for fifty guests or a gathering of a thousand attendees, five star hotels are catering to it all. Thus, a home or a guest house can be transformed into a party venue with gourmet food, bespoke decor and impeccable service. It is possible to get the same quality food in the comfort of your home thanks to these catering ventures by leading hotels. Some hotels are even offering customized gifting hampers and on-site entertainment as well as five-star quality dining.

Chef LUTF, Radisson Blu, Kaushambi said, “We cater to small events of up to 100 people and large events of over 1000, offering an exceptional variety of vegetarian cuisine which is our benchmark.” So, is there a difference in the quality of food served at a restaurant versus food served at a gourmet catering venue? Not at all, says Maharaj. “The on-site chefs also use the same high-quality ingredients, cooking techniques and recipes that are used in the hotel kitchens to ensure that the food tastes as good as it would if it were at the hotel.” They are equipped with the tools and equipment needed to set up and serve food at any venue, be it a corporate event or a social gathering,” he revealed.
