LG orders extortion of Rs 97 cr from AAP ‘for astrology ads published as government advertisement’

The LG of Delhi has given instructions to share Rs 97 crore with the AAP. The LG of Delhi has ordered the Chief Secretary that Rs 97 crore has been paid by the common people for the political advertisements given by the government in the form of Aadmi Party. Explain that Delhi’s LG VK Saxena has given these instructions to the Chief Secretary for political advertisements published as government advertisements. The LG’s direction comes in view of a 2015 Supreme Court order, a 2016 Delhi High Court order and a 2016 CCRG order, all of which you accuse the government of violating.

What is the matter?

Arvind Kejriwal became with absolute majority in the year 2015, publicized the work and duct of his government. Based on this order, a 3 member Content Regulatory Committee was formed in April 2016.
