Shares of Veranda Learning Solutions Ltd made their stock market debut on Monday with stock trading 157 each on BSE, a premium of over 14% over its IPO issue price 137 per share.
Initial Public Offering (IPO) Veranda Learning Solutions Limited was subscribed 3.53 times on the last day of the offer. According to stock exchange data, bids were received for 4.15 crore shares against 1.17 crore shares in the 200 crore public offer.
The category meant for retail individual investors (RIIs) was subscribed 10.76 times, while the share of non-institutional investors was 3.87 times and qualified institutional buyers (QIBs) 2.02 times.
