Ingredients for Bread Mawa Roll

Bread – 5-6 slices

Mawa – 1 cup

Milk – 1 cup

Cashew – 8

Almonds – 8

Pistachios – 8

Sugar powder – 1 cup

Coconut flakes – 1/2 cup

Cardamom powder – 1 tsp

Orange food color – 1 pinch

Desi ghee – as required

Bread Mawa Roll Recipe

Begin by preparing the sugar syrup. For this, put half a cup of water in a pan and heat it on low flame. When the water starts heating up, add half a cup of powdered sugar and stir it. When the mixture thickens a bit and starts sticking a bit, you are done.

Now take some bread slices, cut them from all sides and separate them.

Take another pan and put mawa in it and fry it on medium flame.

When the mawa is roasted well, add orange food color to it and turn off the gas.

After this, cut the dry fruits into small pieces.

When the mawa cools down, add chopped dry fruits, cardamom powder and sugar to it and mix.

Now start making cylindrical balls from this dough.

Pour the milk in a deep bottom vessel and dip the bread slices in it first, then squeeze the milk by holding the bread slices with both the palms.

After this, keep the mawa balls in the middle of the bread and roll them.

Make rolls of all the bread slices in the same way.

Now heat ghee in a pan, add bread mawa rolls and fry them.

When they are fried well, keep them immersed in sugar syrup for 1 minute.

After this, sprinkle coconut powder on the bread mawa roll and keep it in a plate.
