However, one such new fine dining restaurant has taken foodie enthusiasts by surprise. Luxury fashion house Louis Vuitton has recently forayed into the food and beverage space. He inaugurated his first restaurant last week, sharing photos of the brand new location that just opened in Saint Tropez, France.

Louis Vuitton made the announcement on Twitter on June 18, which received much intrigue and appreciation from users. This is the first standalone restaurant that the company has opened in the French city, featuring several shows including ‘Emily in Paris’. According to a report, the fashion house had earlier opened a cafe in Osaka the trend, “The new restaurant combines Maison’s code with the Mediterranean open space,” the brand wrote on Twitter.

As for dining at Louis Vuitton’s new restaurant, it’s called ‘globe-trotting’. Michelin-star chef Mori Sacco is manning the kitchen, serving modern cuisine with Japanese and African influences along with the culinary techniques of French gastronomy.
