You all must have tried the classic Chicken Tikka recipe, this recipe is equally delicious. Prawns are coated with a pool of spices and then grilled to perfection. Taste, texture, taste, everything is exactly what we need for a delightful experience of tea. So, without any further ado, let’s learn how to make it at home with some basic steps.

Prawn Tikka Recipe: How to Make Prawn Tikka

You can use any prawns to make this recipe. King Prawns, Tiger Prawns or whatever is readily available. To start with the recipe, you will first need to marinate the prawns. For this take a bowl, add red chili powder, turmeric powder, salt as per taste, curd, ginger-garlic paste and mix well.

After this heat 2 tbsp mustard oil in a pan, add it to the mixture and let it rest for about 10-20 minutes. The tempering of mustard oil will give a spicy and tangy taste to the recipe.

Add the prawns and coat them well with the marinade. Once done, put the bowl inside the fridge.

Once done, thread the prawns onto skewers and grill them on a grill pan with a little oil/butter. Grill on both sides. Sprinkle some chaat masala and your prawn tikka is ready to taste!
