This concert will be the first time the group performs together in four years. Their last concert was held reportedly before disbanding in 2021. It was Deep Forest, held in 2020.

“Lovelyz 10th Anniversary Concert COMING SOON,” reads the caption on Instagram.

Rumours of Lovelyz’s disbandment first reportedly started making rounds in July 2021 and by November of the same year, their agency, Woollim Entertainment, confirmed that the members’ contracts had ended. It was reported that all members, except Lee Soo Jung, chose to leave the agency.

According to Soompi, In August 2024, the group’s potential comeback gained traction after some members were seen spending time with Woollim Entertainment’s CEO Lee Joong Yeop and director Lee Hoon Seok. This fueled speculation that a reunion might be on the horizon.

Following this, numerous reports suggested that the group might release a new song in November to commemorate their 10th debut anniversary. During a recent appearance on MBC’s How Do You Play, the members talked about their hopes of making a comeback. Although nothing has been officially confirmed, the concert announcement has reignited fan excitement.

Lovelyz, formed by Woollim Entertainment, is a well-loved South Korean girl group consisting of eight members: Baby Soul, Jiae, Jisoo, Mijoo, Kei, Jin, Sujeong and Yein. The group debuted on November 17, 2014, with their first full-length album Girls’ Invasion and its title track Candy Jelly Love.

Over the years, they have delivered hits like Hi~, Destiny, Ah-Choo, Now, We and many more.
