Madame Tussauds will open in Noida in a new avatar

The world’s biggest wax attraction is returning to serve its fans in a new avatar at Madame Tussauds, DLF Mall of India in Noida. The attraction will be known as Madame Tussauds India, and it will allow fans to get up close and personal with their favorite celebrities, as well as experience their most iconic moments of fame thanks to the 360-degree sets and state-of-the-art technology. The new venue at DLF Mall of India, Noida will feature around 50 figures of prominent Indian and international personalities from sports, entertainment, history and music.

Madame Tussauds first opened its doors in London in 1835, and the company has a history and heritage of over 200 years. Each figure at Madame Tussauds is created by sculptors who use techniques similar to the famous Marie Tussauds. It takes an artist at least 12 weeks to create a single life-like figure, and during that time they document 500 precise body measurements, comb through real hair strand by strand, paint to create skin tone. Countless layers, and many more. This whole process contributes to the incredible similarity that has made Madame Tussauds famous around the world for over two centuries.

The world famous wax attraction was first opened in Delhi in 2017 at Connaught Place. The last Madame Tussauds in Delhi successfully celebrated many years of experience of a stupendous fame through its star-studded gallery. Madame Tussauds India’s new location at DLF Mall of India, Noida, will provide guests a safe, star-studded experience with comprehensive COVID protocols.
