The Internet is a very entertaining place for all the foodies. There are many foodies who love to document their experiences and share them with people online. However, there are some pictures and videos that can leave a bitter taste in one’s mouth. For example, when people come up with weird food combinations where they mix unusual ingredients just for the sake of novelty (and even more thought). Such experiments are not always liked by everyone – like making Maggi ice cream! Yes, you read that right.
Ideally, Maggi and ice cream are consumed separately. However, a viral video shows the two mixing together to make Maggi ice cream rolls. It should come as no surprise that the Internet has given creation a big thumbs up.

The video was uploaded by @thegreatindianfoodie and garnered 177k views and 5,292 likes. In the video, we can see a person making this bizarre fusion.
First, he covers the cooked Maggi with the quintessential spices, even if it remains dry. Then he without hesitation pours a large amount of cream into it. Finally, he crushes it and blends it before shaping it into a roll.
Well the matter does not end here. He takes those rolls on a plate and sprinkles some chocolate sauce over it and then colored sprinkles to decorate it.
The caption reads, “This is the wrong use of Maggi’s powers, mother”, which roughly translates to “The powers of the Magi are being abused.”

The video has left Maggi and ice cream lovers in shock.
One user said, “Stop it already,” while another wrote, “I need holy water to cleanse my eyes and soul now”.
Another comment read,Now don’t make Vada Pav (Now please don’t make something like this using Vada Pav).”
Someone said sarcastically, “Now brother make ice cream of samosa and biryani too, only the rest are left (Why leave out samosas and biryani? Use them to make such ice creams too).”
In another video of a similar fusion dish, a man mixes dosa and ice cream to make something like a masala dosa ice cream roll. A Delhi shop is making this, and a video of the same was shared by @thegreatindianfoodie. In the clip, we see the masala dosa being crushed into pieces and cream is poured into it.
