Mahabharat director BR Chopra’s grand Mumbai bungalow in Juhu has been sold to buyers for Rs 183 crore and a residential complex will be built in its place. It is the family property of the Chopra family and is one of the most popular locations in the film industry. K Raheja Corp acquired the property from Renu Chopra, daughter-in-law of BR Chopra and wife of late filmmaker Ravi Chopra. Buyers are planning to build a premium residential project instead. According to Economic Times, K Raheja Corp acquired assets from Renu Chopra. The property development firm is reportedly planning to build a premium residential project in its place. The deal is said to have cost buyers Rs 183 crore, which included Rs 11 crore paid in stamp duty.
