Vinayak Ambekar, a BJP leader from Maharashtra, was on Sunday attacked by NCP workers for allegedly writing a post against veteran politician Sharad Pawar. The entire incident was recorded on camera.

The incident came a day after Marathi actor Ketki Chitale and 23-year-old pharmacy student Nikhil Bhamre were arrested for allegedly posting objectionable social media posts against Pawar. He has been sent to police custody till May 18.
