Central Railway announces refund of platform ticket price from today from 50 Coronavirus restrictions were eased at Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus (CSMT), Dadar, LTT, Thane, Kalyan and Panvel stations in Maharashtra.
The changes will be effective from November 25.
“In light of the easing of restrictions imposed due to the COVID-19 pandemic, it has been decided by the competent authority to refund the platform ticket price. from 50 At CSMT, DR, LTT, TNA, KYN and PNVL stations from November 10,” as per the Central Railway notification.
“In view of the above, all concerned booking staff and supervisors are advised to accept the changes and act accordingly,” it said.
In the light of falling Covid cases, Indian Railways has recently decided to serve cooked food in trains, which were stopped in the first place due to virus restrictions.
