Mahindra hikes prices by 2.5% from April 14

Mahindra says that the prices of its models have increased in the range of Rs. 10,000 to Rs. 63,000

Mahindra has become the latest carmaker to hike prices in April 2022. The carmaker announced that effective April 14, the prices of all its cars and SUVs will be hiked by 2.5%. The carmaker said it will hike between ₹10,000 and ₹63,000 depending on the model and variant. The company said the increase in prices was due to rising raw material prices, which necessitated measures to partially offset the cost.

In a statement, the carmaker said, “The price revision is a result of sustained rise in the prices of key commodities like steel, aluminium, palladium etc. The company has decided to partially offset the unprecedented rise in commodity prices to partially absorb it. have taken necessary initiatives for impact, passing minimum percentage of cost escalation to the customers through price revision.”

Mahindra Incorporated maruti suzuki, Toyota, Audi And bmw In the list of manufacturers to hike prices from April. While the prices of Toyota, BMW and Audi are effective from April 1 by a fixed percentage, Maruti Suzuki has not disclosed any hike in prices.
