Mahindra Under this, three electric SUV concepts have been teased.Born Electric Vision‘, with a full unveiling slated for July this year. These products are UK based. designed by Mahindra Advance Design Europe (MADE), and this includes a compact SUV, a mid-sized SUV, and a coupe-style SUV, which are likely to be based on the XUV300, XUV700, and the upcoming XUV900, respectively.
All the three electric vehicles will be based on the same ‘Born Electric’ platform which has not been disclosed yet. The teaser video released by Mahindra sheds light on all three concepts with a distinctive C-shaped LED lighting design at the front as well as at the rear, however, with subtle differences. While the concepts are making their debut in July, it remains to be seen when the production-ready versions of these EVs will hit the market.
The technical details about these electric SUVs are unknown at the moment, but they are expected to have different capacity batteries, which translates to different power outputs and range.
Mahindra is currently working on introducing the electric version of the KUV100 in the country later this year. Apart from this, the manufacturer also recently revealed its plans to launch a fully electric version of the XUV300 in the third or fourth quarter of 2023.
