1. As rains continue to lash Coastal Karnataka and Malnad region, Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai is holding a meeting with the Deputy Commissioners of 13 districts which are worst affected to review the situation. Three killed in a building collapse in Mangaluru, Schools have been closed in many districts due to incessant rains.
2. The 30th anniversary of the Kannada Development Authority will be organized today in which Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai, Minister of Energy, Kannada and Culture Department V.
