Make Your Weekend Delicious With Deepender Chhibber’s Gobi Manchurian

If you have had a long and hectic week and you want to cook something simple and delicious for the weekend, then this Gobi Manchurian recipe by Deepender Chhibber, former MasterChef Australia contestant, is what you need. In a new Instagram post, she shares an easy recipe to make some delicious Gobi Manchurian at home. The perfect combination of healthy cooking and spices, Dipinder’s Gobi Manchurian has cauliflower florets coated with a batter, fried and mixed with spices. Enough to spice up your weekend!

In an Instagram post, Deepender shows the complete process of making Gobi Manchurian along with a detailed recipe. She explains how to make batter, dip cauliflower in it and then deep fry it. Then she makes a spicy chutney with sesame seeds, ginger, garlic, spring onions and chillies. The final step involves dousing the crunchy cauliflower florets in a sauce with salt and pepper.

In August, the former MasterChef Australia contestant gave her followers a delicious and easy-to-cook recipe of Prawn Moily. Even during his stint at MasterChef Australia 13, Deepinder Chhibber had created a lot of buzz with his cooking skills. Often she used to win the hearts of the judges by cooking Indian dishes.
