Malaika Arora’s sumptuous Indian thali is a foodie; take a peek

The unofficial fitness guru of Bollywood, Malaika Arora has fitness goals for everyone! Not only does she follow a regular exercise routine, but she also indulges in ‘sinful’ dishes which people consider to be unhealthy. She is one celebrity who has managed to find a balance between food and health, allowing her to eat whatever she wants! Malaika Arora busts the myth that one only needs to eat salads and soups to stay fit, and we can see this from all the meals she shows to her 15.2 million followers on Instagram. The model-turned-actress is on vacation with her sister Amrita Arora and her mother Joyce Polycarp and their journey is full of food. Have a look:

Malaika Arora’s plate was all about comfort and wellness. The plate had nine bowls filled with various delicious dishes. We can see two different types of pulses – it looks like tur and black lentils. For vegetables, we can look at Palak Paneer and Aloo ki Sabzi, two subzis that are quite popular in Indian households all over the world. The plate also had a variety of dishes, such as chutney, two raita, cucumber, carrot and whole green chillies. To round out the meal, there was fresh boiled white rice and bajra roti along with vegetables and lentils.

She gave a glimpse of another meal that she enjoyed and it was giving full ‘ghar ka khana’ vibes. We came across fenugreek aloo sabzi, dal, pickle and mixed vegetables. Have a look:

If you are following Malaika Arora online, then you would know that she is a huge fan of Indian food. Give her anything homegrown to eat, and she’ll be happy to eat it for several days. It doesn’t really matter what Indian cuisine it may be – Gujarati, Malayali, Punjabi – as long as it is desi!
