The Adamabakkam police here arrested a 34-year-old man for allegedly harassing a 25-year-old woman.
According to the police, J. Chandrahasan followed the victim on a motorcycle about a week ago, stopped her near a marriage hall and physically tortured her. Based on the complaint of the woman, the police arrested her and confiscated her motorcycle.
