Aluva East police on Friday arrested a man allegedly with 10 grams of hashish oil and Nitrazepam tablets.
Siddiqui, 30, from Chalakkal was arrested near Aluva Government Hospital on Thursday night. He runs a laundry shop in the area.
Police said the drugs were for sale. A digital weighing machine and small bottles used for filling hashish oil were found during raids at his shop, he said. A team led by Aluva police station in-charge Anilkumar made the arrest.

Aluva East police have arrested two persons for setting ablaze a motorcycle parked in the courtyard of a house.
Siad, 31, of Kizhakkambalam and Shiju Shaji, 23, of Pipeline Road, are accused of setting a Vishnu motorcycle on Pipeline Road on fire.
After a dispute between Siyad and Vishnu a fortnight ago, the police termed the incident as a retaliatory action.
